Welcome to my practice

As a Clinical Psychologist, I specialise in working with difficult experiences and memories that keep one from moving forward with their life. Those may be painful experiences from childhood, a single life-altering experience, or a combination of life difficulties. These experinces often lead to difficulties like PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety or depression.

Formal diagnoses aside, my work often involves people experiencing periods of change or transition who are looking to make sense of why they are feeling unsettled in their life.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, so will tailor therapy to your needs. I am also happy to work internationally and cross-culturally.

I offer sessions in West London and online for those requiring greater flexibility

For individuals

1:1 Therapy

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist, with expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Imagery Rescripting, EMDR, Narrative Exposure Therapy & Psychotherapy.

I have experience providing therapy for people of all ages, from all walks of life, and from places all across the world.

My NHS work has involved working with complex PTSD (including with survivors of childhood abuse and sexual violence) and psychosis, which is often linked to trauma.

In my private practice, I focus on people experiencing difficult or stuck periods. These may relate to traumatic experinces or long-ingrained beliefs about their self-identity (including those coming from childhood) which cause problems in the present.

In my experience, work crises, relationship difficulties, health issues, and parenting can be the catalysts that lead to a place of self-reflection and a desire to effect positive change.

At the end of the day, what I offer is best described by client feedback: "Thank you for asking me the hard questions."

I am HCPC and BABCP accredited.

Training & Consultation

When I first came, I was hesitant, scared to talk, lost in a war every day, still at battle. I was living in fear and had put walls up to block out everything. You helped me with this. Over time, the barrier was chopped down, and I got clarity over my life. You pieced it together. It is hard to talk about the past, I was like closed box. Step by step you opened the box, saw what’s in the box, and helped me out of it. Talking about my story was painful, sad, necessary, and important. Life isn’t about the past, it’s about the present and my future.
Thanks so much for another brilliant session. I am in awe of your presentation style and your passion and knowledge.
Thank you for making the training so inclusive and engaging. Its hard to create a space where people feel safe enough to contribute, even more so with the challenging content.  It was a masterclass.”
